Election law requires us to publicly report cumulative contributions of $100 or more, and no contributions from a person shall exceed $500 to the committee. The committee can not accept contributions from corporations, lobbyists registered to lobby the Board of Supervisors, or have been registered to do so in the last 90 days, or persons or affiliated entities with a financial interest in a property or project subject to a land use matter pending before the Board of Appeals, Board of Supervisors, Building Inspection Commission, Commission on Community Investment and Infrastructure, Historic Preservation Commission, Planning Commission, Port Commission, or Treasure Island Development Authority Board of Directors We may not accept your contribution without your name or business name and street address and may not accept contributions of $100 or more made by cashier’s checks, money orders, or cash. In making this contribution, the contributor affirms that they are a United States citizen or a permanent resident, or that the business is located in the United States.
